NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) is a Government of India enterprise functioning under the Department of Space and serving as the commercial arm of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Established in 2019 and headquartered in Bengaluru, the company is responsible for commercially utilizing India’s space technologies and enabling greater participation of Indian industries in the space sector. NSIL plays a key role in providing satellite launch services, building and operating satellites, and transferring advanced space technologies developed by ISRO to industry partners. Our Challenge

The lack of accessible healthcare facilities in rural and underserved urban areas has led to a significant healthcare disparity for HIV-positive children and needy people. Many individuals in these regions face challenges in accessing timely medical care due to distance, financial constraints, and lack of transportation. This results in untreated illnesses, increased morbidity, and preventable deaths. A Mobile Clinic Van will address these issues by bringing healthcare services directly to the communities that need them the most. Additionally, it will serve as a platform for health education, promoting awareness about hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.

The Mobile Clinic Van supported by NewSpace India Limited will serve as a catalyst for change, offering preventive, curative, and promotive healthcare services. By doing so, we aim to reduce the healthcare burden on underserved populations and improve their overall quality of life. The Mobile Clinic Van will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare delivery by reaching communities that have been historically neglected. It will not only provide immediate medical care but also empower individuals through health education and awareness programs.
